![]() The build/buy mode stuff is pretty and I especially like the windows and doors it’s added to the game. Things I do like? Cool new face paint option, some nice jewellery and I guess the look of the town itself-it’s a very pretty empty shell. Wands are essentially pointless (because you can do magic with your hands too). The big mansion from the trailer is just full of cauldrons and there’s nothing to do there apart from pester the sages into giving you more spell knowledge. The pack adds about 4-5 new lots that can be built on, you can’t live in the actual magical realm and the actual gameplay the pack adds feels very barebones. The duelling grounds are pointless because most of the time my sims wouldn’t actually go there (even when directed to) and would just fight where they stood. Casters alley has 3 clickable store fronts but other than that is also empty of content. ![]() Glimmerbrook and the magical realm are pretty but ultimately empty-there’s a whole damn greenhouse you can’t enter on one of the floating islands and you can’t even enter it as a rabbit hole it’s just a waste of space. If you have the vampire game pack then you kinda already know what you are getting yourself into except I found vampires to be more enjoyable by far. Most,if not all, of the spells and potions are things that are already in the game in the form of aspiration rewards (can’t remember the real name but you buy them in game using satisfaction points). It’s very lacking in content, even for a gamepack.
